Senior Project Manager (UX & Design Ops)

We are looking for a Design Program Manager (UX & Design Ops) to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within our design teams.

This role focuses on three key areas:
Project Management – Planning, resource management, forecasting, and delivery.
Process Optimization – Implementing AI-driven tools, automation, and operational strategies to improve workflows.
People & Culture – Transforming team dynamics, rituals, and ways of working to maximize impact.

The goal is to reduce friction, streamline design processes, and free up time for high-impact design work.

1-2 rounds of interviews (a test assignment may be included).

Project & Process Management:

• Oversee design projects from planning to delivery, ensuring efficiency and quality.

• Standardize tools, systems, and methodologies to scale design operations.

• Optimize Agile workflows and reduce operational bottlenecks using automation and AI.

Design Ops & Strategy:

• Drive a culture of collaboration, efficiency, and continuous improvement in the team.

• Implement AI-powered automation for project tracking, reporting, and process optimization.

• Develop and manage stakeholder relationships to ensure seamless execution across teams.

• 5+ years experience in Design Ops, Program Management, or Project Management in UX/UI teams.

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Agile, or PMP.

• Strong expertise in Agile methodologies, design workflows, and operations management.

• Experience in AI-powered automation for process optimization.

• Excellent stakeholder management, planning, and communication skills.

• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).

Experience with AI productivity tools (Notion AI, Figma automation, Jira automation).

Background in scaling design teams and process transformation.

Familiarity with large-scale digital transformation projects.
