Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical UX Specialist to join our team. This role requires expertise in both UX research and technical UX execution to craft user-centered digital experiences.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Conduct in-depth user research, analyze behavioral data, and translate insights into actionable UX strategies.

  • Play a crucial role in defining and optimizing digital product flows, wireframes, and interaction models to ensure seamless and intuitive experiences.

  • Help build a repository of test scripts in Python.


Interview Process

1-2 rounds of interviews (a test assignment may be included).


Key Responsibilities

✅ User Research & Testing:

  • Conduct user interviews, surveys, competitive analysis, and usability testing.

  • Utilize qualitative and quantitative data to develop user personas, journey maps, and experience flow models.

  • Facilitate A/B testing, remote usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to validate UX decisions.

✅ UX Design & Strategy:

  • Define and optimize information architecture, wireframes, and interaction designs to enhance usability and engagement.

  • Design and prototype high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Axure, or Adobe XD.

  • Develop UX documentation, including specifications, heuristic evaluations, and usability guidelines.

  • Apply behavioral psychology principles and cognitive biases to enhance user decision-making processes.

  • Ensure consistency across touchpoints by incorporating service design methodologies.

  • Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design, adhering to WCAG and usability best practices.

✅ Collaboration & Innovation:

  • Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure UX best practices are implemented effectively.

  • Conduct design thinking workshops to align stakeholders on UX strategies.

  • Stay up to date with emerging UX methodologies, technologies, and trends to enhance user experience strategies.


Skill & Experience

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, UX Design, Cognitive Science, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in UX research, usability testing, and UX strategy development.

Technical Skills:

  • Expertise in wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design using tools like Figma, Axure, Adobe XD, Sketch.

  • Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies and tools (Hotjar, Google Analytics, UserTesting).

  • Solid understanding of information architecture, usability heuristics, and human-centered design principles.

  • Familiarity with WCAG accessibility standards and responsive design best practices.

  • Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong data analysis skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable design recommendations.

  • Exceptional communication & presentation skills, with the ability to articulate research findings clearly.

  • Detail-oriented, problem-solving mindset, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Knowledge of behavioral psychology, cognitive biases, and decision-making frameworks.

  • Experience in service design and cross-platform user journey mapping.
